PALM BEACH GARDENS A Riviera Beach man flashed a gun inside the Quarterdeck restaurant after another patron's "silly costume" made him mad, according to a police report.

"The subject, Daniel Donatto, did not approve of the costume and started a scuffle," the report says. It does not describe the costume.

The alleged victim, a 27-year-old Palm Beach Gardens man, said 21-year-old Donatto then showed a handgun in his waistband and clicked the safety. Witnesses then saw Donatto place the gun in his car, the report says.

After obtaining a search warrant, police found a fully-loaded handgun in Donatto's glove box, according to the report.

Arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a firearm and carrying a concealed firearm, Donatto told police he works as a security guard.
Doesn't sound like he had a permit...nor, is he likely to get one in the near future. Idiot. (Wonder what the costume was?)

He "clicked the safety"?....WTH is that? Sounds like this moron was on his way to a large caliber vasectomy.....which probably should be a good idea, as morons should not breed and create more morons.

Kinda sounds like Donatto was fully loaded also.
