Computer - blow thru time!
What I mean is - have you checked your machine of late for accumulated lint etc??
I have put off - and put off - and put off - giving mine the necessary treatment. Today for some reason I decided it just had to happen. It is on 24/7 pretty much and since new last November had not had an internal service.
I took off a front section to blow off a filter - it was so bad I grudgingly did the whole deal. So, removed a countless number of rear connections and out to shop - on with compressor and to work.
Man - it was frightening - in particular - to see the amount of crud in the fins of the CPU heatsink - sheesh - poor thing must have been running hotter than needed for ages, despite numerous auxiliary fans extra..
So - suggestion to all who run their machines a lot - take off covers, disconnect and go blow thru the whole thing.

This is why I have a neon light tube in my PC's case and transparent panels. It's not just an appearance thing, I can see if it needs any attention.

Thru and thru Bud? - even the humble .22LR will make a nice attempt.
Crank things up to .223 and then things just - well - don't last so long!
Course - you with 500 or me with .454 - we could ''finish off'' a puter in double quick time

Haha - well Bud, the 45-70 will without doubt, cause the PC a world of hurt
As for 12G Euc - well range is critical factor - close up and personal with even #7 - it will not be pretty. If further away then double aught will ''sting'' and a slug? Well that will give very nice new ventilation holes
Hey - I was only ever talkin' about compressed air - and now we are choosing the caliber to hit with! Sheesh

The last computer I shot was a Mac. 9mm did just fine blowing it apart, but I had to get in a few shots with a .308 and 30-06.
Did I mention I don't like Macs. Hate might be too strong a word, but then again...
Any gear with a fan in a residential environment needs periodic cleaning. Just like your furnace/AC filter.
