I'm just one root in a grassroots organization. No one should assume that I speak for the VCDL.
I am neither an attorney-at-law nor I do play one on television or on the internet. No one should assumes my opinion is legal advice.

When you’re wounded and left on Afghanistan’s plains,
And the women come out to cut up what remains,
Just roll to your rifle and blow out your brains,
And go to your God like a soldier.
Look out PETA might show up on this one.

It's all fun 'n games til the cops show up.
I don't care who ya are, That's funny right there.......
if only because the "po-po's" didn't exterminate the exterminaters.
Uh, could it be that Wal-Mart doesn't know about the whole "gun" thang? Meeeehhh, could be.Police say store management should have notified them but did not. A Wal Mart corporate spokeswoman did not answer our question about why police were not called in advance.
Now, just you watch while the feathers go flying in an animal cruelty lawsuit, for them thar poor, pesky critters that weren't harmin' nuthin'. Wouldn't surprise me.
This highlights the ridiculousness of our entire nation today. Everybody in the country, including the cops, is afriad of their own shadow.(not all individual cops, but apparently most departments).
Cordon off the area and wait an hour and a half to find out what was going on. How about going up to the door and finding out the situation.
If it had been real, everyone inside would be dead while the cops waited outside to find out what was going on. Just like at Va. Tech. Hide behind your car, until the shooting stops, then go clean up the mess and blame the gun.
When you've got 'em by the balls, their hearts & minds will follow. Semper Fi.

Been there and done that with my Diana Model 52 pellet rifle. I've probably killed over 1000 pigeons in Air Force hangers in my 20 years in the Air Force. I had problems with the bunny huggers too. They even used to raise cane about me shooting skunks on base and would call the commanders hotline to gripe about it. One of the reasons I retired when I did. I always wanted to toss a skunk through their front door too see how they would like that.

I carry a Colt Delta Elite 10mm in Milt Sparks VM2 with 2 extra magazines on my belt. This is normally worn on a belt under my bib overalls and works great for me. My wife carries a Walther PPS .40 w/Crossbreed holster.
