About LinkBacksI am drawn to post in the main catagory pages when I see a picture has been posted somewhere in there. I mean the title may not grab my eye but the paperclip thingy makes me want to open and read the thread.
Anyone else or am I just quirky?

I tend to read most things that get posted, in all of the forums. Although occasionally I pass on the WTB / WTS forum sections.

I always notice the posts with attachments of course and maybe go there first - but like Betty and most mods - try to slip by to see all posts - see if all is well

yes i read most of them unless they dont intrest me i try to as a mod ..
On other formus if im not intersted in topic i will usually look if its got a pic

Hey Betty (nice to meet you BTW), when I was going back and reading the past posts, you had one that you posted pics of your tarantula's but they were red X'd out.

Pinkies!!! My cats love pinkies . . . But they usually go out and find them theirselves. I must never let them know that pinkies come in a frozen variety. My friends may not unstand it when I pop a couple of pinkies in a bowl and thaw them out in the microwave.

Yep, the server I was using went down and I don't use it anymore. Here's a couple pictures - one of my T. blondi male showing his fangs, and one of my now-deceased A. avicularia. Speaking of mice, I recall this story from a member on an arachnids board. Apparently his supplier ran out of mice for the day, and so he went to a pet store and bought a live mouse to feed his tarantula. The checkout girl handed him pamphlets for the care and feeding of the little mouse, and the guy responded, saying it wasn't necessary because he was going to feed it to his tarantula as soon as he got home.
The girl looked at him with horror and told him they couldn't sell him the mouse for that purpose. He looked at her, took the mouse by tail, whacked him against the countertop (killing it) and said, "Can you sell it to me now?"
He was booted from the store.
