    About the Election

    Okay is it me or the candidate that will win the presidential election the one that says.

    "I'm opening up ALASKA for OIL, and a chain of Carribou Burger Joints?"

    Why hasn't one said this? Just out of curriosity.

    All of the big three have jumped onboard with Big Al's "the sky is falling" crowd.

    If ONE of 'em would hold a press confrence at "Carribou Bob's" announcing Alaska's open for drillin' while dinning on a moose burger sitting on a plush Polar Bear stool with an audience of media and roughnecks.........well, it'd start 'global warming civil war'
    <sarcasm off>

    ......and I imagine he'd (or she) be elected in a (almost) landslide victory.

    OK there are some darn good funny comments in this thread.

    Keep it light and friendly and also "candidate and party nonspecific" because remember.....that we do not normally allow political threads that are not directly firearm related to stay posted on DC for very long.
