Good thing England has strict gun control

Teen actor in upcoming 'Harry Potter' film killed 2 hours, 8 minutes ago

A British teenage actor playing a minor role in the upcoming "Harry Potter" film was stabbed to death during a brawl in London on Saturday, police said.

Rob Knox, 18, was stabbed after he got caught up in a fight outside a bar in southwest London early Saturday, London's Metropolitan Police said in a statement.

Knox plays Ravenclaw student Marcus Belby in the upcoming film "Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince," the sixth installment of the popular series set for release in November.

Warner Bros., the studio that is producing the film, said it was shocked by the news.

Knox was one of five young men taken to various hospitals after the brawl, police said. Among them was a 21-year-old who has since been arrested on suspicion of murder.

The fight did not appear to be gang-related, police added, but it puts the number of violent teenage deaths in London at 14 so far this year.

I guess where theres a will theres a way,if somebody wants to kill you they will find a way, banning firearms or other self defense weapons only gives the criminal an advantage

Well , I'm sure everyone in England still feels so very safe , after all , outlawing guns always stops crime in it's track right? Wait, maybe they need to outlaw knives now, or maybe murder, is murder illegal in England, I mean this couldn't have even happened if murder was outlawed , could it?

If murder is outlawed, only murderers will... oh wait.... never mind.

Strict gun control? Maybe a concealed weapon stops this incident.

When I was stationed at RAF Croughton in the UK, I was mugged in London. I was so pissed and wished I was back in the USA with my CCW. The scumbag would have met Mr. Glock and would have been munching on lead. I did have a great time there, but this incident will forever live in my mind.

I found the same to be true in France, I guess they were afraid I'd take over the country and they would have to surrender to me.

I guess this knife scares them, Colt Knives, Colt Cobra Specialty Fire Fighter Knife, UC-CT50FFS

When a French coworker asked why I would carry such a knife I said I use it to open boxes and muggers.

The look on his face was priceless.
