I am sorry to hear about the loss of your devoted friend and family member, Ram.

We are all here on this earth for a short time, so remember his life with you and your family and do not mourn him for he is in a better place.
    God bless our troops!

I'm sorry for your loss Ram. I like my cat more than most people, so I know how you feel man.

That's a darned shame. We've grown quite attached to four foundling cats that are kind of family now. It's easy to say, "they're just animals", but they're all unique, with their own personalities.

The loss of a pet can be devastating......especially when it's unexpected. I'm sorry for your loss and hope your wife doesn't blame herself for the accident.

Hate to hear that...gotta' be tough for the wife, too!

Sorry for the Loss. Same thing happened to me once. I now try and be extra carefull about my cats, but sometimes things happen. If you weren't so far away I would give you one of my cats to help you through your grief.

That's rough. I'm sure your wife (and you) are heartbroken. There is something about cats that gets them to find a way into your heart. I know I never wanted another cat, but when a stray had a litter in my shed my wife and daughters begged to keep one until I relented. Now the darn thing sleeps on me at night because I give off heat when I sleep.

I feel for you. I don't know what I'd do if we lost this cat I never wanted.

Sorry that you lost your pet. Beautiful animal.
At least he went very quick though with no suffering.

I'm sorry Ram Rod. The same thing happened to one of my family's cats when I was young. He was a really cool cat too, with lots of personality. It's always hard to accept when they go.

Ram Rod, that's horrible news! I feel your grief, and I really mean that, because we lost our family member, Libbie, to cancer a couple of years ago.

I know how you feel, been there. Got 5 cats and 1 parakeet (the other parakeet died this morning) at home. One of my cats considered himself the dead parakeet's guardian. He looked after the bird and protected him from the others. My wife and I love them like they were our kids. They mean so much to us. Time will ease the pain but in the meantime you need to find another little friend to help. We also lost 2 kittens in December and February from FIP (feline infectious peritonitis). Take care and know you're in our prayers.

Aww man, that hurts beyond words. I feel sorry for your pain, and I know the pain well. It will eventually pass but it takes a long time.

I have cats, love cats and dont feel any less manly doing so. They are wonderful animals and I love the two I have left more than I can explain.

Lost two to traffic over the last few years and have two left. They are the first thing I look for when I get home from work always hoping to never find one in the highway.

What happened in your case is even worse when you accidentally kill your own.

He was probably deaf or very hard of hearing and just didnt hear the engine.
