Like Father like Daughter I guess..

Well, some of you have noticed that I have not been present here as much as normal for the last month or so. The reason for my absence, Little League, T-ball and softball season. Games, practices and tournaments galore.

But, T-ball and Little league are almost over for the summer now and, it looks like my daughters softball season is over. It came to a rather abrupt end this evening at about 8:30pm on the street in front of our house when she crashed her bike (my old bike and the one that I crashed last year) and went over the handle bars just like her dear old Dad did.

After a trip to the ER, the end result is a broken right arm (yes, some of you guys may remember that one of the 6 year old twins, Brandon, broke his left arm a little over a month ago. This summer is shaping up to be a real winner at our house.). My daughter isn't going to be able to play softball with her throwing arms in a cast so it looks like I am not going to be driving to Jackson TN, an hour away, both days next weekend for the tournament she was supposed to play in.

She's going to be OK. But she's plenty upset about not being able to play.

Mike, I remember the trips to the ER.
When my boys were growing up it seamed like ever other week one of my knuckleheads was breaking something on there bodies,
Baseball, Football, Rodeo's and motocross racing.
    I sure do miss them.

Ron do miss the boys or the trips to the ER caused by the boys?
