Caught this on the news tonight---local stuff is what I see. Nationwide--I'd like some opinions.
Man shoots and kills a dog
We've been through the 'what if' threads--now it's happened and in the news. What do you think will come of this?
P.S. I'm sure there is some sort of leash law or containment regulations within city limits most places, and requirements for license and immunization records for animals kept within city limits. It appears to me the burden will rely on the owner's records/responsibility.

I've seen situations where dogs were roaning in a pack and spooked cattle and other livestock running them through fences and sometimes causing them to be put down,If you love you're dogs keep them fenced or leashed up

Said the owners were outside playing with the pooch in question when the shooting occured....I think there's much more to this story than is being reported.
