So let me get this straight, some people get shot at locations A, B, C, D, E, and F, so they were going to section off location "W"....yesterday suspended the checkpoint program that screened people driving into the troubled Trinidad neighborhood, acting after a night that left eight people shot at six locations elsewhere in the city.
Typical ostrich head in the sand tactic.

yep seems like only way this will work is to section off entire city ,impose marshall law,will need a permission slip to go to walmart,work,etc.
