I love that to, but I always end up drinking the whole 6 pack cause after 3 they go down WAY to easy :1saufen: , then the next thing you know your crawling back inside spinning like your on a top.

Of course! I currently have two bottles of DOUBLE arrogant ******* and a gallon bottle of Oaked Arrogant ******* that I've been saving for a special occasion. However - AB isn't my favorite of their beers. Give me Ruination IPA anyday.

And if you like IPA's, I make a Double IPA that I believe is almost as good as Ruination (not my recipe unfortunately).

No but really, you want to talk about cheap beer, when you buy in keg form, most beer is as cheap as keystone.

Colorado is one of the best places to live for home grown beer.

I live about 3 blocks from these guys (reminds me, I should swing by tonight and pick up a growler)

My favs are their Red Rocket Pale Ale and their Winter Warlock Oatmeal Stout.

Fat Tire isn't bad, but New Belgium makes several others I like better (The Abbey Belgain Ale is my fav ... the wife just loves their Sunshine Wheat with a slice of lemon or orange).

I've noticed that supervision doesn't take it well when they find kegs in the barracks.

Fat Tire for the most part here. Kiltlifter when the mood strikes. Occaisionally Road Dog. Miss Yuenling and Black Forest, though New Belgium Brewers does have something that comes close to the Saranac. It's something like '1588' or some such; don't recall it now.

    Think I need a drink...

My favorite ale is Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout and/or Tabby Porter. My favorite domestic is Juenling's Black & Tan, but it's not available in this part of GA.
Has anyone ever tried lambic' ale?

Real lambic is an acquired taste. I've had it and can't say I like it. I've seen some local breweries sell a fruit beer as 'lambic'. Fruit beer is fruit beer... lambic is... something only a Belgian could like.

Shiner Bock here. Maredsous #8 as well. Some of that dark monk beer is always good. :1saufen:
