Great Father's Day present

In preparation for going away to college, this weekend my daughter took the basic concealed carry course, joking that it was a Father's Day present for me. Not too far off! We're planning on her taking their advanced course soon - maybe that will be my birthday present from her.

She got 100% on the written part, and every shot (L, R, Both) was in the target's torso circle or head. Yay! At 18 y/o, the course won't do much good for a VA permit of course, but the Idaho sheriff in her college town may choose to issue one. 'Course then I would have to get her a new LCP...

And Lima - the nice lady at the range (carries a Kahr) and her husband (the real tall guy) were delighted to hear of your reason for not visiting them for awhile!
