Thanks, JD. I just spit soda on my monitor (which looks something like the picture, now).

Blame it on Sixto - now that is a viable plan.

I come here once in a while. Sometimes I bring a extremely large bowl of popcorn and a beer, and visit for a few minutes. Of course if I'm not here, I'm probably looking at other gun info or laws.

actually to put it in perspective...I was cruising from the site below yesterday ->

Map of Oak Island, NC by MapQuest

and a few other choice spots that for the most part only the locals or regulars know. Most of those "islands" are half-mile wide sandbars that are only accessible during low tide except sheeps-head island. The NE corner makes a nice secluded spot in the middle of the intracoastal waterway. It makes a fun day trip to boat over or swim over if you're feeling strong and picnic for the day. Just don't swim it (150yrds or so) during the tide changes.. It has to be peaked or you really can't beat the current. If it's incoming you'll be swept miles inland in no time at all. If it's outgoing, you're going out to sea and fast. Don't ask how I know that one..... I spent my summers around there. I've discovered that when necessary and the conditions are right (like near death experiences and fears of being eaten by sharks) one can either float or tread water in any combination and not necessarily in that order for quite a long time.

So are we to assume that the visit Sheep Island and gunowners visit Oak Island?
