A couple off the top of my head (I wish I had written down some my wife has said.)
I'm not stickin' my neck out on a limb..." - It's, "I'm not sticking my neck out..." and "I'm not going out on a limb..."
A friend's friend said, "Yeah, and what about that Bag of Pigs incident in Cuba" - It's Bay of Pigs.
One of mine is, "That will be good for the rest of your life or until you die.", although I'm not sure that's really a malapropism.

While not really gun related, it still cracks me up when I hear people talk about arrow 'spline'. As in - "I think that arrow is over/under-splined" which guarantees you should not be taking advice from this guy in regards to the SPINE of your arrow. :)
