IF it's a girl, I'm going well beyond the cleaning gun thing, that's been over done, I'll be sharpening my combat knife with the gun on the table.

FWIW, I worked with a guy who was a player all his life. Still kind of is. But now, he has a daughter and he sees the guys his daughter brings home doing the same thing he did when he was younger. Funny how his perspective is different. (Not that I am saying you were a player JD. Heck. I hardly know you. Just this knife and gun cleaning thing is so funny to me now that I, too, have a daughter.)

Then again, I did my fair share of "playing" too. We were both very bad examples of what young men and women should act like when it comes to dating.

We'll just have to keep that a secret from our children..

Well, unless one baby was hiding behind the other on our eight-week ultrasound it's pretty certain we aren't having twins.

If they find a second baby I think I'm going to faint. Although they say if you are going to have twins it's best to get it over with in the beginning.

Either way, I'm not sure I'm ready for TWO kids right off the bat.
Oh, and I'd have to get that college fund thing in writing...lol

A lady friend of mine said her father had a very effective ruse that scared the life out of almost every boy she dated (very few ever returned) until she finally left home: He sat on the edge of the couch right in front of the very loud TV, in his boxer shorts, hunkered over and eating ice cream out of the carton with a wooden serving spoon, glaring intently at the poor lad any time he was in view, while never speaking or otherwise aknowledging his presence.
Psycho really does work.
