Great idea for a new movie

Just based on some threads running here the last week or so, I came up with a great idea for a new movie.

Many moons ago, there was a musical called 1776 about the writing and signing of the Declaration of Independence. It was fairly accurate with some liberties taken as Hollywood often does.

How about an (accurate) movie about the writing of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights? It would fill a void in the educational system of this country and maybe give people a flavor as to what this country is all about.

Don't know how they would parlay onto the big screen, but Founding Brothers: The Revolutionary Generation by Joseph J. Ellis is a great book on the framers of the Constitution. Cokie Roberts's Founding Mothers: The Women Who Raised Our Nation is also a very good read.

I always wanted to see a detailed movie made on the Battle of Bunker Hill.

Brigham Young University did a good movie (IMO) about the Constitutional Convention (only, does not help on the BoR) in the nineties. It was entitled A More Perfect Union. Check it out.
