Sunshine or radiation on the skin?
Has essential vitamins the body needs but I do significantly limit exposure... I'm fair skinned with red hair undertones (1/4 Irish) and the sun rips me a new one!
I go from zero - to - lobster in about 2 hours!
Sun exposure also decreases depression so I love sun for that aspect as well!
I look at needing a fair amount of sun to recharge my batteries! But I do need to watch how much I get!

Spent 6 hours on top of a roof today, with no shirt on building and wiring a new remote weather station for the weather geeks at the tv station.
I love the sun. If you compare the parts of my body that do not ge regular sun exposure to my arms, shoulders and face, they look like they come from two completely different people.

I believe sunlight causes the body to produce or retain vitamin D, but I'm pretty sure that sunlight does not actually contain any vitamins, so I answered skin cancer. My mom had a stage 4 melenoma a few years back. Not good.
I just finished peeling from a sunburn I got while fishing two weeks ago. That was a stupid move.

I like being out in the sun, but over the past couple of days I've been reminded of what happens when I don't put enough sunscreen on. The worst part is the itching, and when you scratch it hurts.![]()
all of the above!
sunlight is very important. i learned this while living in a place that doesnt get any from september to july. but now i live in a place that doesnt ever NOT get it. and being a redhead and enjoying the cold... too much sun can be just terrible

The sun doesn't bother me much. I guess that's due to the fact that I'm from a place that gets a lot of sunshine.

I answered A, but should have answered B. It is too hot fo rme, I am very hot natured (kinda ironic seeing where I live). I sit in a server room all day at a nice balmy 65% and 30% humidity so when I go outside I look like I have been swimming in about 10 minutes.
