They are advertising it as a useful light for around the house or on the side of the road.
Yha it will get you help if you are waving around that light on the side of the road and please help you if you shine it at the nice man in the car with the blue lights flashing when he stop's.

Sounds like a great little tool...if you like to spray paint you car, at night.I'd just turn on the lights.
It reminds me of those hose or extension cord commercials where without the 'reel' the hose or cord gets tangled around your arms and legs...idiots!

Now THAT would shock them: all of us get these, and you start seeing tagging appear with slogans like, "Go Ahead, Punk...", "Protect The Defenseless" and "Respect Your Elders".

I would use it for spraying for bugs, in the crawlspace of my mother's house, then most likely promptly burn it.
