I think that's a clue that it's time to move.
How's that going, anyway? You better not move before I come back from this fall's road trips for work!

Yup, home on leave, seemed like a good opportunity to get a feel for felons and bad people before going to Iraq, and just good mostly clean fun.

That is cool! Most people don't know just how dangerous a job it is being a cop.

Thank God they are out there day and night for all of us!
    God bless our troops!

Yes, it was me, and yes, I stopped the donut truck. I did it more for laughs than anything else, but its true that the truck did have some equipment violations.

We did have a slooooow night, I felt bad about that, I was hoping Buck could see some action.
We had a hellava night tonight though, we went non stop all night, everything from a dog attack to a biker brawl to somebody carving their initials into someone else's car. Luck of the draw I guess.

Yeah, but today I got a Sig 225, and a Rem 870, so it's ok. I'll get plenty of action in the next few months.

Put two forum members together in a patrol car and what do you get?

A donut driver with a pucker factor of 7

Was nice to cut him some slack

No good deals on .357 carbines up here in C-bus, but a pretty 870 express that came from the factory with the mag extension and 18 inch barrel, so it doesn't have the little detents to hold up the spring. Got it for like 300 brand new, seemed like a good deal. Gotta run it side by side with the mossberg now.

I really didn't think he'd pull over a donut truck.

I'll keep an eye out for carbines for ya while you're on the big beach... if I find a good deal I'll snatch it up and offer it to you when you get back, no obligation for you though, if you don't want it I'll keep it, I want one anyway.

Oh yeah, never underestimate what I will or won't do... especially when its slow.

    Appreciate the offer.

Didn't see you shake down any Starbucks either, musta been before I showed up. Anyone ever catch the St. Bernard?

Bark'n, you have no idea the trouble we tried to find, just couldn't, the whole of Ohio must have been trembling in fear, sensing the awesome powers in that patrol car.

Those guys we saw hanging out on the corner... I found them again today and ended up arresting them for drugs, only because the one tossed a bag as I rolled up,otherwise I would have let them go a little while longer.
It is a known fact that the hood gets a little quite when they know I'm working, because they know if I come in there, I'm not leaving unless I take at least one out with me.

I never heard anything more about the St. Bernard, he must have wondered home.

Oh I can imagine, trust me! When I ride with one deputy in particular... one of my homey's who happens to like a bit of hip-hop we always play "Ridin' Dirty" by Chamillionaire. Kind of our theme song when we be cruisin' the 'hood. Ahhh, the younger generation of LEO's... The music they like!
