    I found a used Savage 110 for a dirt cheap price at Bass Pro Shops last month. It won't win any beauty contests but it will help me kill some deer for a few years. I will upgrade to the "lifetime" gun later!

    I'd hunt both spots.

    BTW - The Savage is a lifetime gun. Maybe not pretty, but it will probably outlast your grandkids.

    If it puts meat on the table it's a lifetime gun.
    It is surely true that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. Nor can you make them grateful for your efforts.
