IMHO, the whole thing is pretty futile right now, especially since it's entirely up to slimz13 on how to continue this. He's gotten plenty of advice, though without input from the father on this thread no real conclusion can ever be reached here.
I can't find that smilie of "whipping a dead horse" but I think it's about time to apply it here. :smile:

Wow.. i'm honestly not sure how this thread mutated so badly, but I thought i'd put an end to it.
After reading over 9 pages of people saying virtually everything imaginable, both about me and about what I should do, I think I can say I have regained my sense of proportion and a level head.
My dad and I are working things out, slowly. But i guess i'm ok with that.
