Boy they started annoucing a snow emergency at 6pm here tonight and it wasnt even snowing...



For once the stupid weatherman is right were getting hammer right now id say 1" a hour since 9 pm suposed to keep it up till 6 am or so in the morning man might have to call in 3 days in a row


Winters here and man does that suck Ups and Fed Ex better show up tomm im expecting goodies

I peaked out the window at about 8:30 and thought the weather guy was smoking something, then I looked out at 10:30 and we probably got over 2 inches already.

Damn - same here. Last hour or two it has been falling - powdery stuff but still had to clear 2" off path to house from office and soon when i quit same again.

Then in morning - oh my - it'll be snow blower and more shovelling. Hopefully the system will pass thru quick but - looks like an 8 - 10" deal.

Sheesh - winter only just starting too.

yeah its pretty bad here wonder if neighbor will do drive way i havent started thew snowblower in a year he did it all last year

Happiness is being on travel(?) since I'm in beautiful down town Lompoc California till late next week I don't have to worry about snow till then! But looking at the computer, to doesn't look good back in Maryland!

WELL! There is already about 2 feet here in kalamazoo....I had to walk home in that crap after abandoning my vehicle at the bar.....this totally sucks...now i have to walk to my car before I can go to the range!

well it should be a trip working today van has a ton of snow on it gonna goout and start it for the defrost cycle old lady has the scrape ince she lost hers...


Ford e350 and i dont know what they did to over senstize the ABS in 2005 but these things dont stop ever other tech i work with complaines of the same thing dang van wont stop abs hit and stays on

Rocky - I think you are just off North edge of this system.

Our snow stopped about 5am and here we have about 8" - that means my son higher up with have had a foot probably. ****** tho - powdery stuff and -Grrr - wind blowing up. Doncha hate that - blows it around. I want to snow-blow the driveway but the wind will offset my efforts .. hate that.

That ABS thing Bud - sounds bad! I had a recall on my Silverado so they could check just that - turns out mine OK but the risk was the system cutting in at low speed when it shouldn't - and on slick roadways not good!
