Remember the thread that ran here about the Tulsa prosecutor, Tim Harris. Harris hounded a shooter into a plea bargain in an iffy road rage shooting? Seems like this same prosecutor made a plea deal with a serial child rapist/molester, one Gary Wayne Jackson. DA Tim Harris plea bargained 17 felony counts of child rape/child molestation to no time served. One girl was 7 years old at the time she was molestated.

The plea deal has come back to haunt DA Tim Harris. Osage county has filed new charges on Gary Wayne Jackson.
