The cupcake is indeed climbing out of his crumbling shell to reveal his new form...Not sure what that is yet, but it's lean and fierce...and hungry for your ammo!

This short, fat, bald geezer is tempted to enter...way overdue for a weight loss program.

Ret, quit putting it off. I know getting started is tough. But in a month you'll be thanking yourself for making the choice. Working out isn't as hard being unhappy with yourself.

HA HA. Can't say that I've decided to join in for one last binge...Currently down 22 lbs and my XD/IWB arrangement is now loose instead it being actually so painful that I'd often carry my little keltec instead.

Enjoy those cupcakes, because this one can't be beat!

I'm in. I just sparred with my Taekwondo Instructor last Tuesday, and if I want to survive the next one I gotta drop some fat and increase my endurance.

Geez this would have been a great idea a couple of months ago.

    I dropped 50# - now holding steady at -46 (170lbs) and couldn't be happier.

No ammo for me in this round, but I can cheer yall on!
