It is not the Bill of Privileges. It is not the Bill of Permits. It is the Bill of Rights.

People should not be afraid of the government; the government should be afraid of the people.

So is this total lbs dropped or a percentage of your starting body weight? Seems that the bigger you are the better chance you have of winning based on total lbs. When I have challenged people before it has always been as a percentage of starting bodyweight to make it fair. I shredded off 70+ lbs in about 4 months but I was starting at 295lbs so as a percentage it wouldn't beat someone who started at 250 and lost say 60 lbs.

    Just a thought.

Is there any verification process in this contest, or is it just based on the posts people make? Curious...
You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, "I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along." . . . You must do the thing you think you cannot do. Eleanor Roosevelt

There was discussion of photos. Would seem simple to me, you take a pic today with the newspaper and on the last day. In three months there should be some significant weight loss claimed (10lbs per month avg) and if the photos are posted it should be evident.

However, I didn't see that specifically discussed.

I don't take the paper, so I can't hold one, but attached is a pic I just took.

Don't fret. If you've been working out then your muscles will retain some water while they repair themselves. If I'm still the tiniest bit sore, then my weight will go up several pounds. It'll come off, just give it 2 or 3 weeks, then things will be more consistent. In the meantime, if you are doing it right then the fat will come off, it's just hard to measure at first.
