Nah, once the walls fell down it was pretty much boring.

Yup, watched it right up to the end.

    Interesting supposition.

    Could it happen? Don’t know.

Would it happen? I highly doubt it. There are better ways of gaining power than to destroy what you are trying to gain control of.

Unfortunately history shows that governments are usually destroyed in the process of takeover, It's the only way it can be accomplished.
They knew that the first point of order in the takeover was the govt.,
The second was to disarm the people.
I always liked the statement that Admiral Yamamoto made ; that Japan should never try to invade the mainland of the U.S. that "there will be a rifle behind every blade of grass."
He knew Americans, having gone to college here.
I think I'll go pick out my blade of grass to protect my homeland from foriegn and DOMESTIC invaders before they're all gone!

I've seen a couple of episodes. Stumbled on them by accident actually, but watched them through. Hard to watch a series when you haven't seen the start or kept up with it all. Interestingly familiar though.

A good series. The network canceled it after 1 season, but fan outcry resurrected it for a second (and final) season. Ooh, that blonde...

I watched every episode. Great series. As usual with all good shows, they took it off. Probably to make room for soem more Big Brother Bachelor's Dancing with Surviors who are Lost while looking for an American idol Rockstar with Pussycat doll or some crap. (the popularity of those shows and Oprah make me worry about the future of our nation)

If you have netflix there is a similar post-apocalypse show with Luke Perry that lasted two seasons. It's called Jerimiah. You can watch the episodes online on Netflix. Pretty good stuff.

Now I have been watching the new terminator series, so they'll probably take it of after this season.

I like the blond better. She was in the movie Into the Blue. But, she was way overshadowed by Jessica Alba in that one. She is still a good looker though.

The brunette made my stomach turn. Maybe because she was an IRS agent when it all started. lol.
