And the prosecutor would talk about the "warm feeling" the officer felt and the odor he smelled before it would become a discussion of whether a fart constitutes physical contact.

    I think they should have just tasered him, and if he caught fire, well they didn't think that would happen. That's not a warning in the manual is it?

    Well, it kind of is. It does warn about flamable liquids or gases in the air.
