    I saw citizen510 yesterday and I can attest to his belt being a notch tighter! He's dropping the poundage!

    You guys are doing great, keep up the good work.

    It is not getting to be winter. Getting colder and that makes everyone want to stay in a warm house and snuggle up infront of the fire. But you won't burn any fat doing that. So get out there to the gym, or go running. Stay active guys. I dropped my most weight during the winter of 2006. I went from 280 to 210 between December of 2006 to early March of 2007. Keep dropping that weight!

    Had a bad week 219.5 gained a pound did not eat correctly. Back on track Monday.
