Agreed. The defense held up pretty well but the offense couldn't sustain any drives in the first half. Then the fumble by Portis made it really nervous.

Yeah, that could have cost them the game.

I'm happy it didn't. I know you're not, but we'll have to agree to disagree on this one.

Oh I really don't care; I know the Browns or the Bungles have a snowballs chance in hell doing anything decent this year, so I might as well be happy for somebody else's team.

How bout happy for a team from say...South West PA?
A 9mm might expand but a .45 will never shrink enough to fit 17 in the magazine.

I feel bad for TJ H. and for Palmer. Two great players on a team full of misfits.

I do too. I've met both a few different times, both are nice guys. TJ is underspoken (much like he is on the field) but when he does talk, its important. Palmer is an intelligent guy, but you can tell he is holding back trying to make the best of a bad situation.
I don't expect TJ to stick around much longer, he is going to be a free agent soon. Sticking with the Mike Brown typical moves, I'd expect Palmer to get traded for another kicker or safety. I don't expect Palmer to leave on his own, he is loved here in Cinci, and he knows it. If he did however, I couldnt fault him.

Me too. This past offseason when I was listening to all of the rumors about Chad Johnson coming to the Skins, I kept thinking Heck (not my exact word) No! I would much rather have TJ. He seems to have the attitude that the rest of the Skins have displayed since Gibbs came back. CJ would not fit well on the roster.

If he would just keep his mouth shut and play football, he'd be much better

You guys mean Ocho Cinco, right?
There are some good ball players on the bungles, they just can't get it all together.

Yup, that's who we are talking about, loud moutho sinko the shipo.
You're right, the Bungals do have a lot of good players. It a shame that Mike Brown doesn't give a hoot and won't admit he has no clue what he is doing when it comes to football.

I didnt get to watch any football tonight, I had to work. But the good news is the Bungels won one this week. I was kinda hoping they would keep their perfect record and go 0-16. Oh well, I have Detroit to root for now.
