Would you ask a BG to keep his finger off the trigger?

In the newest Denny Crane/Boston Legal video Boston Legal video: Dances With Wolves on TV.com the BG has his finger on the trigger the whole time. That could cause an AD killing you or your friend. In the interest of safety would you request that he at least maintain a modicum of safety by taking his finger off the trigger?

Ask? Are you serious? Of course not....I'd TELL the BG to keep his finger off the trigger lest he be shot!

That was really funny. I loved the video, i was laughing so hard the dog came up to see what was wrong. Reminds you it is the hand you don't watch that shoots you.

I really like the video clip of that one but you gotta know in real life the BG wouldn't be as coherent as that TV BG was and not likely to have a funny intro line like he did - "I'm part of the neighborhood crime watch, you watch while I do the crime." (or something like that)
He'd more likely be wearing a hat, sunglasses, hoodie or something to hide his face - speak in a very demanding, hurry up kind of tone - swearing - body language not steady and sure but jittery & jumpy, impatient and in a hurry.
Real BG good chance if one of the victims hesitated & tried to talk like Denny, probably would have been shot.
Real scenario - best chance of surviving and not getting shot to keep you from id'ing the BG would have been to pretend to comply - hand over watch, then act like going for wallet but pull out your handgun and fire away...
Just my opinion - never happened to me (not yet anyway) but this is something to think about. Maybe even do some practice drills for this and other likely scenario's.

I might try to encourage him to remove his finger from the trigger...shortly before I pull mine! (No foot shots for me...)

After Denny was done shooting, I believe he had his finger off the trigger. Obviously still rounds in the gun. I love his safety profile, but the knee shot? What's the medical bills going to be for the city of Boston to fix the BG up. Could have been handled differently. Oh, that's right, it was a TV show.

    Cool

    Might be a good idea.
Did you see Dog Day Afternoon?
Remember when Sonny and Sal were getting a ride in the station wagon after getting out of the bank. The driver asked Sal to please not point the pistol at his head because it might accidentily go off. Sal did so and that gave the driver the time/break to pull out his hidden weapon and put a hole in Sals' forehead.
I think that's how it went. It's been a long time since I saw it.
