OK, now I understand why the new duct work. And I would suggest getting a smoke detector that has carbon monoxide detector as well. Small price to pay to keep your family safe.

You have a roof overhead, clothes on the back and food for the belly.
You are bringing in an income.
This is the foundation for all acquisitions.
Now it's a matter of planning.
(Between the two of us, though, I think it's a matter of politics!
(Ever since they elected that scoundrel Murphy to office, he's been passing all those Murphy's Laws, which have done nothing but bring grief to good folks like you and I!)

If I can get off the job site and back to town before 3:00 today I'm going to stop and get my AR.

Seeing as I have saved well this year, I need to get this done before the:
    truck
    washer / dryer
    hot water heater
    oven
    HVAC
    ELECTION
    ... goes bad.

Hope you guys aren't bad luck.

Get the AR and shoot your appliances. Then take a shot at Murphy for the grief he is causing you.

Thanks for the chuckle after the rough day at work.
The muzzle end of a .45 pretty much says, "Go Away" in every language.

    A new AR

If anything, pick up a complete lower for $250 +-. You get get an upper later after the swearing in. Before the law changes or the price doubles.
