Its kind of sad how the series was lost in all the other junk going on. Personally, I think Obama's commercial ruined the game. I was expecting Billy Mays to jump up from behind the desk and start yelling about how great Obama is. I guess thats what happens when you gear your campaign to the lowest common denominator.
See even in this post the series got over shadowed

Just kidding. ...Congrats Phillie fans...... I always root for the teams that have been around, and the Phils have been around for a long time.
OK, going down to the parade tomorrow. I ought to be a zoo, but my son wants to go so we are both playing hookey tomorrow.

Just got back from the trip to see the parade. Carried down and back but didn't really need to. I think every cop in Philly was on duty. Never seen so many people in one place in my life. Saw one fight that some guys got bloodied up pretty bad, but I increased my distance from them. Overall, pretty neat experience.

I was talking to the one right in front of me while waiting for the parade to roll into the "Bank" parking lot and yes, every cop in Phila. was on duty yesterday (not all at the parade).
I just hope its not another lifetime for the next parade, I'm not sure I can wait that long.
