Thought this was funny, had to share

In researching case law regarding concealed carry in North Dakota, I ran across this paragraph in an Appellant Brief on the North Dakota Supreme Court web site:

    STATEMENT OF THE CASE

    I. NATURE OF THE CASE

This is a criminal case wherein the Defendant, Christopher Fields, is charged with Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver; Possession of LSD with Intent to Deliver; Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Carrying a Concealed Fireman; Preventing Arrest; and Fleeing a Police Officer.

I would not want a fireman concealed inside my waist band,I would have a hard time explaining it to my wife much less finding a nightstand big enough to unholster him on

I guess the prosecutor must have gotten a hold of the LSD before he typed this up.......

I can't get my wife to carry a gun, but I'm sure she would carry a fireman!

I wonder if he was using the classic Fireman's Carry method.
