Speaking of candy----be careful out there this halloween

There are possibilities out there to be aware of. I don't know how things like this happen, but even back in my day we had to worry about razor blades in apples and anything home-made versus things in original wrappers. Some sick individuals in this world. Odds are like getting hit by lightning, but it can happen. Be careful out there, and don't get the munchies until you get home and check everything over carefully under ample lighting. Throw away anything questionable. Hope everyone has a safe and happy halloween.

All the candy my kids get every year is given to my sister-in-law. Mine get to eat what we don't give out, but none of what they get while trick-or-treating.

Kudos to your sister-in-law for being the taste tester/candy dump. LOL!

She asks for it. The first year we took my son, we were just going to through it all away, but she asked if she could have it, so we gave it to her. That was 9 years ago. This year we have to hang on to it for a little while since she is with her husband in the Netherlands.

Nothing wrong with 'white chocolate', or crusty around the edges right? LOL!

Yeah, I warned her about that before they left. When she gets her to get this candy and is acting like this , then I will know she didn't listen.

I was just thinking that it might be a great time for BGs to do a few home invasions. Someone rings the doorbell and the homeowner assumes it's kids and throws open the door and gets a bigger surprise than he bargained for!
