    Rosie O'Donnell Commemorative Tactical Spoon.

    Tactical Outhouse.

    Tactical kitty pounce.

Tactical clothing for the active child.

Tactical hang gliding launch, Yosemite style. For those who have never seen this, you take a running jump down those steep, flat rocks until the ground disappears before you ... and you're flying 3000 feet above the valley floor and 5mi from the landing area around the far left edge of the photo (out by Yosemite Falls).

Adding the words "tactical" or "extreme" to a name allows you to sell any old piece of garbage for more money. It even works better when you spell 'extreme' 'Xtreme'

Is that like the lady who was selling a stroller on Craig's list that stated it was the "rare" push stroller?

You know as opposed to the ones you have to pull.

Maybe she should have listed it as a "Tactical" Stroller.

I don't see how it's any different from a regular 1 1/2 man stretcher. It looks like you still have to hold up the back end while the carriage is lifted, except that the carriage is lifted my pneumatics instead of a partner. Without spending much time on the site, I can only assume that now you're lifting the weight of the system too. The old 2 man stretchers were tough on the back, but with the standard 1 1/2 man stretcher today, most injuries come from moving the patient to/from the stretcher, and slip and falls.

Sorry to be somewhat off topic.
