Unhappy I'll be unarmed for a couple of days...

Just because I had my surgery on my knee and I am currently taking pain meds. No carrying while I have a narcotic in my system. Heck, I am not even leaving the house for a few days but, I usually carry around the house too. But, like I said, not while I am taking pain meds.

I hope the need for the pain meds is gone pretty soon. I hate feeling "loopy".

One good thing though, they have completely killed my appetite so I shouldn't gain any weight over the next several days.

Be careful regardless, needless to say. Stay away from the fridge thou!

    Good luck.

Are you still be able to guard the home front? Even under meds, would you arm yourself (as best as you could) to defend against an intruder?

    Hurry up and heal.

I'm not carrying for a while as well. Visiting California for a few days so no carrying. I didn't understand why until I saw your post. It's the narcotics, they must assume that everyone is on drugs so no carrying for anyone. It certainly explains the "loopy" behavior I have seen.

Hurry up and heal man, at least keep the guns where you can get to them IF you absolutely HAD to.

I’m Glad your surgery went well.
That new knee should serve for a few more miles.

Good decision regarding the pain pill vs gun.

    Take care
