Burglar Found In Rubbermaid Container
Alleged Burglar Found In Rubbermaid Container - Local News Story - KCRA Sacramento
STOCKTON, Calif. -- A man accused of breaking into a home was discovered hiding in a Rubbermaid-type container, deputies said Tuesday.
Sheriff's deputies were called to a home in the 600 block of North Anteros Avenue after the owner said she discovered lights on inside her residence and the back door kicked in when she had returned home on Monday.
When officers arrived, they found Joseph Womack, 22, hiding in a 3-foot by 2-foot tall blue Rubbermaid container in the closet of a bedroom at a home.
Several items of stolen property were found in Womack's pockets, deputies said.
Sheriff's officials were aided by a canine during the search.
Womack was booked in the San Joaquin County Jail.

Just think, the Sheriff's Deputy could have put 1 round through the container and then carried the trash out.

Now I know why they look in those containers when you buy them at Walmart,to make sure your not taking any burglars home

He should be glad they found him when they did.
When my daughter was only 2 or 3, she put the cat in one of those for safekeeping...and closed the lid.
The next day, we had searched everywhere, when Mrs. MiklColt decided to look in the rubbermaid container. Cat found. Wife hysterical. Daughter no clue.
Of course, on the bright side, the cat didn't eat much after that.
