so I am attempting to use a different approach here in an attempt to unite all people together together so that some day we can all lock arms and sway to the music and song of "Kumbya" while standing around the campfire admiring our carry pieces. After all, I see no reason why we cant be one big happy family here.

Now that there is funny, I don't care who ya are!

However, campfires cause pain to trees and may cause a large carbon footprint,(very un-PC) so the campfire has to go.

It's the dang tree-huggers that have precluded the possibility of obtaining 93 octane for my car in the state of AZ. So, I sir, am very offended by your avatar. Please remove it:)

Are we getting to the root of the problem here ? I am getting sappy just reading this thread.
You have to make the shot when fire is smoking, people are screaming, dogs are barking, kids are crying and sirens are coming.

I probably could but I hear the guy that makes the final decision on this is a hard case. I would probably just suffer through it.

Well, would this one be better?

Not sure of your preferences, I added an AR-15, though it's a bit too small to see properly:

    Nice Paymeister...

It does kind of send a conflicting message though. The tree huggers woudnt know how to take it....

    Armed tree huggers.

You know when I first saw the tree hugger avatar, my first thoughts weren't so nice.

I thought that maybe HotGuns had been to deer camp and got to drinking a bit too much and had to run out of camp and hug on a tree since there was no porcelain god to hug.

But that would not be conduct becoming of a moderator.
Just remember that shot placement is much more important with what you carry than how big a bang you get with each trigger pull.
