Pretty good list. I knew before I saw it that the Barret M82 had to be #1 on the list. One awesome weapon.

Well, at one time I had everything on that last. I no longer have the 629 or the Barrett, but still got everything else. Does that make me a "manly man"?

I like his style of writing. Not for the faint of heart that might take offense and whine about it though.

At first I just looked at the list and wanted to complain about a couple pieces not being there (the gatling minigun and the gatling gun on the A-10 Warthog), but after reading this guys work I'll just shut my mouth and appreciate what he's done.

A couple of my favorite quotes:

...But these things are total lies, and serve to point out that liberals are not men, and have no honor.
They had a ban on "assault weapons" (An "assault weapon" is a semantically null political term that means "It can be used to hurt people." ...The wussy definition of "Assault weapon" bears no resemblance to the US military's definition. It comes down to, "It's black and makes us poopoo in our panties!"
(speaking of Ronnie Barrett) This is a man so cool even his sperm smoke unfiltered Camels. And that makes this gun the manliest gun on Earth.

Well, if you need a gun to make you feel like a man, I guess these are as good as any... And the author definitely sounds like he has self-esteem issues.
A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands - love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper - his hands remember the rifle.

No doubt. The manliest gun I own is a NAA mini revolver? Why is it so manly? Because if I use it in self defense, after shooting all 5 rounds, I will then have to use it as a small rock in order to pummel my attacker in submission.

A real man finishes the job with his hands!

Garands work too well to be included - - accurate, reliable, require no special treatment.

A real man apparently uses a battle rifle that's difficult....
