It is surely true that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. Nor can you make them grateful for your efforts.

I'm glad nobody has fallen for this obvious trap to start another 9mm vs 45 war.

Funny pics even though I prefer my guns to start with .4....use the round that you can achieve the best shot placement!

Those are great! 2 of the very reasons I always site when I explain to folks why the .45acp isn't my favorite round.

i prefer rounds that start with a "3" myself. .308, 30-06, 30 cal carbine... that said i have both 9mm and .45 in my collection. fact is 9mm is good for certain jobs and .45 reigns supreme for others. but if i know im going to a fight i bring something in .30x or bigger(seeing how my job buts me into such situations regularly i like my .308 M240B.) 9mm is good for concealment or when you need alot of ammo .45 is great for when you know your going to get close and you need those extra two milimeters.

You have to make the shot when fire is smoking, people are screaming, dogs are barking, kids are crying and sirens are coming.

What caliber war? There is no caliber war, it was decided many years ago by Issac Newton. 115 gr bullet at about 1200fps vs 230gr at about 900fps is a no-brainer.
