The second one is classic, the first I'd disagree with... I don't even understand how its supposed to be humorous. Some people think the NRA is crazy, but I still have yet to hear one logical argument as to why that is. By most true gun enthusiasts standards, they can even be described as "soft"!

I think they do a very decent job without going overboard.

The motorcycle industry has a very liberal attitude also. Many of the bike forums are full of anti-gun members.

because most of the "new" bikers nowadays are posers? Most of all the people I know who ride, pack. Those who don't pack, don't care, they're not against it.

A couple I"m on, most of the people "carry" and are CCL. Yes, there are some anti's , but in these two ... it's a minority. At some of our get togethers, few are not carrying.

I mostly deal with the racer crowd , MX and Hare Scrambles. This tends to be a younger crowd with ideas to match the Obama groupies.

The hard core riders are a dying breed around here.

I'm a member on a sportbike forum...there's a very few people who CCW, or at least mention it, and I haven't, so that statistic is out the window. Most of the people I ride with are pretty anti though.

And I've ridden a Harley for 38 years. There's not a more pro-gun group than us. Virtually everyone I know has a CCW. Goes to show that you can't group all motorcyclists together.

Not sure I'd agree with that, although there is a difference between the Harley forums and the sportbike forums.

So, what caliber for a Haybusa? Light and fast?
What caliber for a Harley? Gotta be big bore!

Seems like a lot of the dual sport crowd carry though. Maybe because they are a bit older.
