Why do I use 230 gr. for my .45acp?
    Because I can't find a source of 250 gr!

Registered Republican. Whatever that means these days.

We seem to have Republicrats & Democans lately.

I have been known to break up my straight party vote to cast sporadic votes for local Democrats that I know personally and know for a fact that they are pro-gun and anti illegal immigration.

I vote for the best candidate and not the party. I can't help it if most of them are Republican.

    A classical liberal?

I'm registered Independent. I have no loyalty to any political party, but my state requires that if I like someone and they are in a party, I have to be registered in that party to vote for them in the primaries.

I am a Conservative registered Republican.

(And right now, very irritated with the RNC!)
It’s so much easier now days, to "Love and honor" my wife, when she is armed, and shoots a better group than I do. (Till death do us part, eh?)

I'm a registered Republican, but I'm not satisfied with how they've slid so far to the left.

I just don't fit. Socially liberal -- I don't give a rats patootie about people and their drugs, porn, prostitutes, whatever.... I'm wholly against attempts to legislate morality.

Your rights end where my nose begins.

Fiscally, I'm conservative. Not a huge fan of social programs and government nannyism -- but I'm afraid that within our current system, they have been made necessary and that will not change without a systemic overhaul.

I think some folks call it "Anarcho-Capitalism".

Anyone wanna go form a country with me?
The facts are indisputable. There is more data supporting the benefits of Conceal Carry than there is supporting global warming. If you choose ignorance, in light of all the evidence, in order to bolster your irrational fear of guns, you are a greater threat to society than any gun owner.

My official part is Republican, but they are moving farther and farther away from me and my beliefs. I am trending toward independent.

I have been reading up on the American Conservative Party and I really like them so far.

I changed my affiliation to independent last election. I have been a registered republican since Regan. The republican party deserved defeat for offering up such a weak semi conservitive candidate.
McCain has done more to damage our first amendment rights than anyone since McCarthy.
I loathe him an look forward to helping oust him as my Arizona Senator.

I am a proud Republican. I do not dilute my support by making the 'conservative' distinction. Conservative is not a party.
It seems that almost 20% identified themselves as independents. Can anyone explain exactly what the 'Independent' platform is?
