Surprising, my money would have been on the Pit.

I grew up with German Shepherds; they'll always be my favorite.

Waht makes the bite more dangerous is that he can bite and hold with his front teeth and chew with his rear without letting go. any other breed must release to bite again.

I'm not even gonna look at the video, and I'll put my money on the rotty.

A little surprised but not totally. What is even more impressive though are some of the other videos about how good natured they really are in the hands of good owners. Too me it's not about the bite it's the rest of the package. Rotties will always be my favorite.

I don't see how as any dogs jaw is still mounted by a ball and socket. That's still a pivot point at the back of the jaw.

Don't think I want any of them chewing on me. I am partial to GSDs. I've had a few and got a black 85lb female laying by my feet as I type.

If I remember correctly rottweilers would have the greatest bite force of the three. Thanks to Animal Planet for airing a show that talks about dog breeds.

Well, before I watched the video I just knew the pitbull
would win. I would have never guessed the Rottie having
    the stronger bite.

I did notice the first two dogs had a lower bite force during
the first attack..like 120..and then on the second were
both in the 200's. Maybe they didn't give it their all?

The Rottie got in the 300's which is really impressive.

I wish they would have had a Doberman Pinscher in the
vid as thats one of my favorite breeds. Owned a lot of
small dogs too including a chihuahua..he didn't have
much bite force I know..as he chomped down on me
    many times.
