I saw this video in a Anti-War website defined as an Apache Helicopter attacking a peaceful protest march in downtown Baghdad.
You have to make the shot when fire is smoking, people are screaming, dogs are barking, kids are crying and sirens are coming.

i think the camera rotates as the aircraft overflys the target to keep the laser on it.
