Fully auto's have been legal for years, just the Class 3 license, tax stamp and who knows what else steps are needed to purchase one.

You can own a full auto. Just to pay the tax stamp, buy from a Class 3 dealer, oh yeah and the weapon needs to have been manufactured before 1984 or 1986. I get confused on what the date is. Personally, a nice semi-auto AR is plenty good enough. More accurate. And you can always just pull the trigger really fast.

I call BS on this one!

This HAS to be a scam. At very least deceiving.

Had their statement regarding the court battle been true, we would have heard it from even the MSM and/or the NRA.

EDIT: I did forget it is April 1st

NFA laws repealed.. Full Auto Legal?

TGSCOM is very excited to announce:

That NFA laws have been repealed through a long standing court battle in the 7th US Circuit Court. The president of TGSCOM had sued the federal government on the grounds that the NFA law violated the Second Amendment of the Constitution. After heated and lengthy oral arguments, TGSCOM is now able to sell fully automatic weapons to the general public without tax stamps and the additional background check. The one stipulation to the agreement is that fully automatic rifles will be treated like handguns in that they will require a purchaser of 21 and older, the firearm must be transferred in the state of their residence (same as handguns) and that the buyer must submit to all regulations in the state of their residence.

    What this means for you:

We will now be adding a limited number of fully automatic firearms to our inventory. They will be sold on a first come first served basis. The benefit is that not only can you own them, but they do not have the $20,000 price tag they normally do.

    California residents:

Since this ruling is so new, there are no restrictions for California residents. Bet on the fact that they will be up to speed very quickly with reducing your Constitutional rights so take full advantage while you can!

I think that if that is true, the Government woulad already be filing an appeal and take that to a higher court like SCOTUS for a final ruling; it is nice to dream about though.....

It's kinda sad to catch a glimpse of how things should be, and then look at the calendar.

Is this hard to understand? Then why does it get unintelligible to some people when 5 little words are changed?

LOLOLOL--Oh geez. TopGlock is going to have to try hard to top this one next year. A buddy tried to buy an MP5SD about 2 hours ago, and called me to say "It keeps saying "Connection timed out, server busy--please try again"..."
