Ahh - I was just gonna check it again - it is a MOV so wondered if you had suitable player codecs etc.

I kept waiting for a tire to go ''bang'' LOL!

He surly put a hurting on them tires. I only burned them till they poped once, when the drivers side blew it shredded my rear quarter pannel, I got pics of it somewhere, it wasn't pretty.

I hope he needed new tires, because he does now. Maybe 18 and first car?

For a hot rodder, burn outs never get old, I am 26 and have done them with everything I own.
When I bought my new Silverado in 03 I did a burnout in the dealership parking lot after I signed all the papers.

My stinky old chipped Duramax will punish the back tires big time. Nothing like 400 hp and over 750 lb-ft of torque! It is scary fast for a 6500# truck.

I saw a guy pull a "Bruce" at a burnout contest - toasted the rear quarter panel on a pretty sweet '66 Chevelle. He didn't even win...

    Sniff Sniff,

Ahhhhhhh the smell of burning rubber, such a delight to the senses.

And good for the sinus problems too.

I always had trucks, and built tham as tall as I could, so I missed the nice rubber smell, I always got the mud baking on the headers smell, Not as nice, but enjoyable in it;s own right.

    Bruce,

Any luck with those quarter panel pics.

The only thing better than tearing something up. is being able to look at it again, and again, and agian.

Nice car but you cheated and locked the front brakes, I onece lost a bet with a guy that said he could burn his tires off his car and he was running a old slant 6 I lost and learned a lesson.

actualy a line lock is about the only thing I don't have on it. That was just press the breaks and squash the go pedal You can still see the break lights until the smoke covers them, then after you can see them again. Proboly shouldn't have done it right in front of the gararge, but nothing broke and I had fun. If ya listen close you can here the rev limiter at the end if 1st gear

I'm not sure about NY, I have never checked as I have never had one. I'm sure it would be really handy as it would save the back breaks a ton of abuse.

You guys should have seen the faces of the people at the dealership when I lit them up before I left with my new truck, it was priceless, well worth the $32,000 the truck cost.
