    Photoshopped. Dog's throwing a heavy shadow to the left, roof rack isn't.

    I'd agree - the shadow is very telling. It is tho pretty well done in many respects.

    Lighting is most times one of the main giveaways.

    Actually there's something funky looking about the half open window the dog is sticking his head out of. Doesn't look quite right.

    Reflections and the distortion of images in glass, mirrors, on water, shiny surfaces, etc. is incredibly difficult to properly duplicate in in a photoshop job. Shadows and lighting tough too.

    Big dog nonetheless.
