I can make out Vietnam Campaign and Service ribbons as well as a Navy Cross, Air Force Outstanding unit and Army Good Conduct.
All in the wrong order of precedence of course.

I actually thought that was against Federal law. It's a shame that if it is it couldn't be enforced............ Maybe a nice stiff fine at the minimum.

Actually, the "stuck on stupid" guy of CNN fame is LTG Russell Honore', Commanding General of 1st US Army. He's not a big fan of reporters asking silly repetitive questions.
