Another bear?? Is this what? The third time this month in your area? The other two were on the news.

Really, on the news? We get them all the time here......heck, one visits our birdfeeder once a week or so. Sits down and bends the steel pole that the feeder hangs on down to polish off the birdseed. Usually at night while we're watching the TV. Drives the dog nuts! Between him and the racoons, I only put a little birdseed in it every day, or I'd go broke.

Here's the racoon. Needless to say, Jojo really hates that thing!

For us in South Florida a bear sighting is wild. Now, gators strolling around and knocking on your door like Girl Scouts selling cookies is a common thing. To each his own I guess.

We've had a few bears and 3 mountain lions (that I know of) in our town in the past 8 months. Not to mention the thousands of deer. I shot a few coons, and have seen a few more lately. I shot a coyote this year as well, we get to shoot coyotes and coons any time we want around here. (Makes for fun shooting)

Needless to say, we get our fair share of wildlife around here.

Always cool to see a bear around, just not too close.

LOL, people around here freak out at the rare coyote sighting, or when a raccoon comes on their deck. Yes, people actually call the police because a raccoon is on their deck... fools.

We don't get them over here in Tampa/ My brother lives in Orlando off of Maitland west of I4. He one a little smaller than that on his front door step eating from the cat food bowl. Kind of surprised him when he opened the door. Didn't phase the bear, he just kept eating while Tom went back and got the camera.

We had a moose run through a parking lot across the street a while back. A bunch of stupid kids were chasing it on bikes. Those things can get mean right quick.

In Florida you can take your choice of wild animals. Bears are fairly common here. We have a few people who have been bit or killed by gators.
