    Talking My OWN physical therapy

Just wanted everyone to know I took action into my own hands. I had reconstructive ACL knee surgery 8 days ago and have been to physical therapy 5 days a weeks since then. So tonight, my girlfriend and I headed to the range for a little r&r. 250 rounds later through my XD and 50 through a rented 9mm for her and I feel a whole lot better. The doctors may never understand but I knew you guys would. I'm worn out but happy.

Sounds like your doing great. One of the Ortho Doc's I work with is leaving for an African safari before long so I know he would approve of your therapy.

Great therapy! I try to use it too - for mental health!

"He went on two legs, wore clothes and was a human being, but nevertheless he was in reality a wolf of the Steppes. He had learned a good deal . . . and was a fairly clever fellow. What he had not learned, however, was this: to find contentment in himself and his own life. The cause of this apparently was that at the bottom of his heart he knew all the time (or thought he knew) that he was in reality not a man, but a wolf of the Steppes."

There's ''treatment'' - and then there is ''therapy'' - glad you got some of the latter
